Judge Walker was elected by her benchmates in 2005 to be the Acting Presiding Judge for District and Municipal Court in 2006. In this leadership role, Patti works with the Presiding Judge and staff on a variety of Administrative and Personnel issues on behalf of the Court.

Spokane County District & Municipal Court Commissioner
Prior to her election as a Spokane County District and Municipal Court Judge four years ago, Patti was a Commissioner for this same court for almost two years. In this position she presided over all of the dockets handled by the Court.

- Computer Internet/High Technology Crimes
